RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Our items are handcrafted and made to order. We accept ZERO returns or exchanges unless incorrect item is received.
ORDERS:
In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that you forward all details to our customer service department.
Undelivered / lost packages may be reissued.
Delivered / lost / stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed.
